Acclamation Insurance Management Services (AIMS) & Allied Managed Care

AIMS is a workers’ compensation third party administrator. Its sister company, Allied Managed Care, provides medical cost containment services including medical bill review, utilitization review, specialty peer review, medical case management and access to medical provider networks and preferred provider organizations.
Vermeulen is responsible for all lobbying activities for the client at the California State Capitol and working with numerous state and local agencies, including the Insurance Commissioner, Department of Insurance, the Department of Workers’ Compensation, the Office of Self Insurance Plans, the Commission on Health, Safety and Workers’ Compensation, the Department of Industrial Relations and the Labor Commissioner.

The coalition is comprised of over 20,000 small and disabled veteran businesses who service the California Department of General Services (DGS). DGS is responsible for administering all contracts for food, products and services for all state agencies, including the Deparment of Corrections. . Safety National

Safety National provdes excess workers’ compensation insurance for self insured employers, a large casulty insurance program, re-insurance products, excess workers compensation for public entities, self-insurnace bonds and loss portfolio transfer, vider for workers’ compensation in the Nation.
Vermeulen represents their interests before the California Legislature and state regulatory agencies which deal with workers’ compensation.
